We are a young engineering service provider with a start-up spirit, developing customized mechatronic solutions for major industrial clients. A large part of our work involves in-house development. To support our engineers, we are looking for a hands-on team member to take over hardware-related tasks and manage our workshop.
Responsibilities
- Build test benches, measurement setups, and housing components
- Solder electronic components
- Support technical test field activities
- Operate and maintain FDM printers and 3-axis CNC milling machines
- Manage inventory and workshop area
Must Have
- Professional experience in a technical workshop environment
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to take responsibility
- Skilled with tools and eager to learn new technologies
- Intermediate English skills
- Valid work permit for Germany
Nice to have
- Experience with electronics tinkering (e.g., soldering, small circuits)
- Familiarity with construction profiles (e.g., item or similar modular systems)
- Familiarity with 3d printing and 3d design
- Experience with inventory management
