At rosslight, teamwork is at the heart of everything we do.
While our colleagues work across two locations, Rostock and Karlsruhe, opportunities to come together in person are especially valuable. That's why we recently swapped our laptops for paddles and met in Jena for a memorable team weekend.
The event was all about spending quality time together, strengthening connections, and creating shared experiences outside of our daily work routine. Over the course of the weekend, our team enjoyed plenty of great conversations, laughter, and unforgettable moments.
One of the highlights was our canoe tour on the Saale River. Working together on the water quickly reminded us that teamwork extends far beyond the office. We also explored the city of Jena during a relaxed stroll through the town and ended the days with good food, refreshing drinks, and plenty of time to catch up with one another.
As our company continues to grow, moments like these become even more important. Welcoming new colleagues and bringing people from different locations together helps build stronger relationships and reinforces the collaborative culture that defines our team.
What made the weekend particularly special was seeing how much our team has developed over time. Beyond the projects we work on and the goals we pursue, it is the people behind the company who make rosslight what it is today.
